Therapeutic Goods Administration business plan 2007-2008
The TGA's Business Plan for 2007-08 is an integral part of the framework that will guide our work during the 2007-08 financial year. The Business Plan underpins our Strategic Plan 2006-2008, which sets our strategic directions for 2006-2008, identifies key priorities for this period and outlines our planning and monitoring framework.
The Business Plan identifies both continuing responsibilities and major project initiatives for 2007-08, including preparations for commencement of the joint regulatory scheme to be administered by the ANZTPA.
The Business Plan is aligned to the TGA Budget for 2007-08 and supplemented by more detailed Branch operational plans and Section work plans.
In addition, the Department of Health and Ageing Portfolio Budget Statements for 2007-08 outline the performance information that the TGA will report in the Department of Health and Ageing Annual Report for 2007-08.
