The Questions & Answers on the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products <http://www.tga.gov.au/docs/html/gmpcodqa.htm> was updated in October 2004.
The request form for GMP or Quality Systems certificates <http://www.tga.gov.au/docs/html/forms/gmpcert.htm> has been updated and there is a new form for requesting a conformity assessment certificate and/or a CE certificate of conformity*.
*Update 15 June 2005: The Application for a conformity assessment certificate and/or a CE certificate of conformity is no longer available on this website. Sponsors are now required to use the Device Electronic Application Lodgement (DEAL) system to apply for a conformity assessment certificate and/or a CE certificate of conformity. DEAL may be accessed at https://www.ebs.tga.gov.au. For further information on the DEAL system, please phone 1800 010 624 or email ebs@tga.gov.au.
