Ethical principles
The Gene Technology Ethics Committee recently completed the consultation draft National Framework for the Development of Ethical Principles in Gene Technology (the Framework). Stakeholders were invited to consider and comment on the Framework as part of a six week public consultation.
The consultation closed on 28 October 2005 but the Framework is still available on the OGTR Internet site <http://www.ogtr.gov.au>.
Quarterly report
The Quarterly Report of the Gene Technology Regulator for the period 1 April to 30 June 2005 is available on the OGTR Internet site <http://www.ogtr.gov.au>.
