THERAPEUTIC GOODS ORDER NO. 44

REVOCATION

I, GARRY JAMES, delegate of t h e Minister for Family Services for the purposes of the exercise of the Minister's powers under section 10 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, acting under that section, revoke the following orders:

  1. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 1 "Digoxin Tablets" made on 17 October 1974 and published in Gazette No. G41 dated 21 October 1975;
  2. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 2 "Digoxin Tablets" made on 29 March 1976 and published in Gazette No. G19 dated 11 May 1976;
  3. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 5 "Modification to the Monograph of the British Pharmacopoeia for Strong Potassium Chloride Solution" made on 2 March 1981 and published in Gazette No. S128 dated 30 June 1981;
  4. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 6 "Modification to the Monograph of the British Pharmacopoeia for Soda Lime" made on 2 March 1981 and published in Gazette No. S128 dated 30 June 1981;
  5. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 18 "Standard for Infectious Laryngotracheitis Vaccine, Live Virus" made on 23 September 1964 and published in Gazette No. G12 dated 26 March 1985;
  6. Therapeutic Goods Order No. 26 "Standard for Haloperidol Tablets" made on 10 April 1986 and published in Gazette No. G32 dated 12 August 1986.
